Exhibition from July 8th to August 5th, 2016

An exhibition organised in partnership with the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts (Lyon-France)

The role of a gallery, even more so when it has been implanted in a region for a very long time, is to keep as much up to date with the local art scene as with the national and international ones. Not just to stay informed, but also to relay the received information to the widest possible audience, and in particular to amateurs and collectors.

It is with this intention in mind, cialis generique and thanks to the gallery’s strong relationship with the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts of Lyon, that the Galerie Houg, recently installed in Paris, has committed itself, at the same period each year, to showing the work of one or a number of young, graduate artists from the school.

This privileged partnership is the opportunity for laureate(s), chosen by a jury made up of Sarah Tritz (Teacher and coordinator of the school’s Art option master programme), Emmanuel Tibloux (Director of the Ensba Lyon), Romain Houg and Olivier Houg, to exhibit for the first time in a gallery under professional conditions. Thus the whole of the gallery space is reserved for the artist or artists, the costs of production are taken care of, with the exhibition taking place over a month.

This initiative is the result of a strong commitment from the Galerie Houg to a rising young art scene, and the attention accorded by Emmanuel Tibloux to the different projects proposed by the gallery.

For this second edition, the Galerie Houg Galerie Houg invits Charlotte Denamur and Sabine Leclercq to invest its exhibition space
